Your welcome!! I went for an interview over the summer, credit ran 2 months afterword then was called a month and week after credit was ran and was told to come see the apt - gave a deposit. Then waited from there for them to get the TCO - in the mist of all these they gave us 2 move in dates which never happened bc they didn't have the TCO - to have a nervous breakdown of having to requalify since I had submitted my docs in the summer - i would technically have to requalify - until this month to be called to come in and sign the lease - this process has been indeed the most stressful and nerve racking experience I have ever had. OMG! so many emotions racing through me as I think about how it all happened

Best wishes to you -- hopefully you'll get the call soon since the building already has the TCO and moving date.

I was interviewed the beginning of Oct..credit checked the middle of November and called to choose apt the middle of December and have pretty much been living out of boxes since then.
Signing the lease on Saturday. I agree with Plbplb...this process has been sooooo stressful. This forum kept me informed and updated though.
