Congrats, BoogsMama! Keep us posted. I seem to be in the narrow window where I could qualify for either a one or two bedroom. On the American Copper website it looks like the two bedrooms all have two baths, which would be crazy luxury beyond any expectation. Just curious if anyone knows if that is the case. Continuing good luck to all.

Hi ladygaga1, I think it is at compliance now. Last week they had me notarize a letter my accountant had written and they said that was all they needed for compliance. I hope so because it has been a month and I don't want to run around again getting bank verifications etc. You still have not heard re hpd?

Hopefully you'll hear from them this week! I still have not heard anything back.

Did they mention anything at all about a delay with the development to you ?

About a month ago my interviewer told me the construction is behind and market tenants will still be moving in in late Spring so she did not think lottery move-ins would happen before June... That was unofficial snooping on her part I believe...

Good luck Boogs ! Did you get any info when you signed the papers? I signed everything about a month ago and still haven't heard back.

The waiting game begins ....
