Good Morning everyone!!!

That sucks how people don't care about the building! I would be so proud of living there, that I would do anything in my power to make sure it says nice!

And I emailed them yesterday since I hadn't heard anything and as of yet I'm still not waitlisted and HDC still has my application waiting to reach my log number!! So I guess that's good news because if all the apartments would have been full in my bracket, they would have told me I was on a waiting list. She just said it takes them time to go down logs so to please be patient and they will contact me soon.

I just feel so over it and I know I shouldn't and I should be grateful I'm still in the running but it has all made me so sad!!!

Hello Yan2 how did you know what bracket you fall under? I finally go on the phone with Virginia and she said that my application is still in process but she couldn't tell me what bracket do I fall under.

I'm glad for those that moved in already that like their apartments!! On a side note I would let the super know about the kids playing in the hallway at the end everyone that lives there should be respectful of others and the common areas. I have a daughter myself and I try to let her be a kid but mindful that we have other around

It depends on your income and household size, so if you make something along the lines of $19,000-$29,000 for a household of 2, you qualify for a 1 or 2 bedroom in that income bracket.

If anyone wants to clarify this or elaborate please do so!

Thank you Layla! I REALLY appreciate it. I'm trying my best to be optimistic, I just hope my paperwork doesn't reach 120 days because I really don't want to go through this paperwork process all over again sigh, but like you said, I'm still not waitlisted and that's a good sign.

Thanks again!

Thank you! If it based on income and family size I do know where I fall under. For some reason I though they calculate your income somehow
