Many of our files are on hold. Like my file, worst escenario had happen already 120 old , so HDC is requesting more documents and I have to resummit documents I already sign at beginning. So that's what am asking to everyone to be patient please . These people are working under the clock . Wait till they get to you log number and they will contact you. First come first serve don't work , it goes by log number ok. More clarification than this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Okay!!!!!!!!!! Thank you for clarifying what you meant!!!!!!!!! If I'm not mistaken that is something that always happens and I believe everyone is patient here having to wait anyways and that's all. If anything we come here to find out information and let out our frustration and feelings of being overwhelmed. Did you just wait till they contact you or were you calling them on a weekly basis?
