I love this building so much but there are people smoking weed on my floor, its too much with no respect , I think the management is aware and don't care, im going to report them and if they don't resolve the issue, I'm going to apply another building I feel wavecrest needs to get it together.

Eviction is the most severe resolution--there are plenty of other ways to clear the air. A letter from management can be enough to change a neighbor's smoking habits. Sealing up airways between apartments and/or improving ventilation can also bring relief.

SINCE BUILDING IS NOT FULLY MAKES JOBS EASIER TO EVICT ANYONE. TELL THE LANDLORD TO WRITE A LETTER ABOUT THE CONCERN TO ALL TENNANT. EVENTUALLY HE/SHE WILL STOP .

My opinion is that they knew the rules and so there are consequences when don't follow the rules.

"rules are meant to be broken" means that if something has to be stated as a rule, it is something that is not absolutely necessary, but rather preferable."

call the landlord, if more tenants agree to call will be better, randomly they will visit the apt " suspected apt." if found prove of pop smell >><< YOUR OUT THERE

Unfortunately baby girl any apartment building you move into will encounter someone who doesn't give a damn about others and the respect . But I won't lose my home over it though
