So ive been reading alot on this city approval and it looks like they pretty much review the tenants income verification. So i would say once your sent to hpd for final review. I say you got the apartment. Unless they see something that raises a flag. So yay! Lol.

Lol we all In crotona, I'm like a 15 min walk to there. When we get it cause we will! We need to let each other know what floor we on and have at least one shot to celebrate! Lol

I'm literally right in front of the park lol and yessss! You ladies have kids right? I have a soon to be 2 year old

Also I'm wondering how did everyone else get to see apartments before city approval??? I'm just overthinking cuz I hear so many different things sigh

I have two girls. A 3 and 7 yr old

I doubt we'll be on a waiting list if weve gotten this far. Im still hoping and praying lol.
Im claiming this apartment! I'll update if i hear anything.

Hey girls, i have a 3 year old son & 1 year . That only way for them to put us on waitinv list is if no apt is available at that time our chance are greater at this moment if our file get aprove asap which am praying bc if it dont get aprove by feb them its game over for preference griup.
