The building is divided into "three condominium units")-

UNIT 1 contains 95 rental units (income range $532 - $1182)

UNIT 2 ---57 rental units (income bracket $1208-$1683) including parking

UNIT 3 is the commercial space that will occupy the ground floor.

According to the floor plan, floors 9-11 are reserved for UNIT 2.

Also, there will be 4-5 "unit 2" apts added on floors 2-8.
