If no one hears anything this week there will be no move-in's in October. Maybe by Thanksgiving. This is truly shamefull on the part of the DEVELOPERS , BG & HPD. OVER A YEAR SINCE THE LOTTERY CLOSED, 8 MONTHS SINCE LETTER & 6 MONTHS SINCE ACCEPTANCE . JUST SHAMEFULL TO LET THIS GO ON AND HAVE PEOPLE HANGING.

I got an email last week apologizing for the delay, and some encouragement, saying to expect a call for HPD, and that once I submit more paperwork (although I do not know what that entails) I will be brought in to sign a lease, and they even assigned an apartment # to me. So this all sounds really possible. anyone else?

You should know if you got a studio or 1 bedroom by looking at the chart at the link below on page 756. What floor are you on?
