That seems to be my impression too. At my interview in early April, they told me they were putting the lottery on hold (they didn't say why). Plus, no one new seems to have been called. I just hope there aren't too many more delays.

On page 758 here it says studios are only $958 for 80% units? The ad said they were $1,126... https://therealdeal.com/wp-content/u...ned_Part10.pdf

It looks like this was drawn up in 2012. Maybe that's the rate based on AMIs from that year.

How do people feel about this building being a block away from the projects (Amsterdam Houses) on 61nd and West End?

With all the multi-million dollar apartments being built all along West End Avenue across the street from the projects, I'm surprised this hasn't caused more class tension.
