I had reached out to Breaking Ground about a week ago but didn't receive a response. Today I received a email saying that they are waiting for the C/O and will reach out if additional information will be needed.
This is one of the most stressful events I have gone through. They should give a few free months rent for the wait (ha-ha) It's just a waiting game and hopefully we all can call this a life experience to look back on at the end of the rainbow.
It says the building passed an inspection this morning, though I'm not sure what for or what it means. "Pass-Final CO-NB Inspection 10 to 19 Total Levels (1549544)
Resulted on 06/15/2017 at 07:56 AM".
From what I can tell it seems they resolved the objections raised in the 5/26 inspection but there are still these objections that need to be resolved:

What a great way to wake up and read something that could be a positive thing. I know that the wait will not last forever, it just feels that way. I wonder what those abbreviations mean. Where did you find this out?
I think > Pass Final CO- NB may mean > Pass Final Certificate of Occupancy- New Building. I think that info is starting to trickal out. Keep researching and as soon as find out any info I'll stay in the loop.

I think "CO" stands for Certification of Objections and "NB" stands for "New Building". The page says that the sprinkler system, fire alarm, and fire protection plan still needs to be approved. It says these are the last outstanding requirements, but who knows if more requirements may be raised... I just like to see progress.

YES! This is exactly what I wanted to hear this morning. I had been hoping they'd do another inspection soon, so this is great. I hope the fire inspection comes soon!
Keep on moving forward, it's more than we had yesterday. I guess I was wishful thinking that it was the final co
Same here! The way they phrase things is misleading for people like us!
