I think that's smart. I hope we hear something Monday though, and you don't even have to call!

Okay, I am REALLY excited now. I went by the building and had a long conversation with two of the security guards. Oh what I found out>
1) Lobby not finished
2) Apartments are finished but need dusting
3) Hallways are carpeted
4) Apartments floors are wood
5) Open kitchen w/ counter
6) Stainless steel appliances incl. dishwasher
7) Ample closet space
8) White tile in bathrooms & they are a good size
9) Mice size for one bedroom, NOT huge
10) If they are able to go in again will take pics for me.
Yeaaaaaa!
They seem to think that it may be a couple of months before occupancy in affordable
No occupancy in market rate
Also, I figured out that there are affordable on 8th floor, affordable goes from 2-8 which actually is seven floors of apts with retail on 1st floor.

Yeaaaa!!!!!!

New Light, this is AWESOME! Haha, that is amazing that they're texting you about it. Nice work! I'm happy to hear that they have wood floors. I can dust my apartment for them if they'll just give me one
