i have decided that the ideal scenario is that they call us next week for updated documents, our documents are sent to HPD after labor day, and we get approved to sign a lease starting October 1.
i have decided that the ideal scenario is that they call us next week for updated documents, our documents are sent to HPD after labor day, and we get approved to sign a lease starting October 1.
I saw today that they applied for a new C/O. Maybe they are applying early to have the temporary C/O renewed which expires on 10/9/2017, or maybe they want a new C/O to cover more floors of the market rate units.
We can only guess? I just want to hear when they start contacting us and move this process. I don't want to second quess their way of doing things. JUST START THE PHONE CALLS, EMAILS, SNAIL MAIL, TEXT OR, PONY EXPRESS, JUST GET STARTED.
I have to go do some running around this afternoon, so I am thinking about passing 10FP to see if anything of interest for us. I will keep you posted later.
