At some point it has to move forward, and we have to be notified since we have already been interviewed, they can't skip,over us who have been waiting.

I agree, but at the same time it makes them look bad when almost whole year after the lottery there are no units filled. I am hoping that all of the CB units will be filled by the end of the year at least.
