I pass through today and in my opinion nothing has changed. The boards are still up and the front looks as there hasn't been any substantial change. There is a wide sidewalk and in front of the retail stores next to the entrance and that part of sidewalk is not completed. What made me feel bad was that there was a moving truck moving a family into the building next to 10 FP. This waiting is deafening, hope this is the end and the process starts up this week.

The 2nd TCO was just issued. Issued exactly 1 month after the 1st one and lasts until 11/09/2017. Main differences appears to be the cellar is now approved for use and a few more market rate apts on 8th floor. I wonder if this is what they were waiting for to restart the lottery ?

The email they sent said they expected the TCO end of August, and so would resume mid-August. So if this was what they were waiting for, they're now behind their own schedule. Just hope it means we can get going this week.

I said I would call them after August 15 because I haven't called since early June. Initially I said I would email them but I think it is better to call them because it means they can't send me another form email. And sometimes they tell you more stuff over the phone.
