That may be true but the reality is they will have to get use to the folks at 10FP. I think that they are just slow or getting in their own way being overwhelmed with the absobinate amount of paperwork they have to go through. Maybe this is the week. I have been saying that for almost 16 weeks UGH!!

Man, sounds like they're really putting all of you guys through the ringer for this development!!! So you guys are just anxiously waiting for this process to move forward without really knowing what is standing in the way? That's insane.

Yep, basically! I think I'm losing my mind with this process. I can't believe it's stretching out so long.

The crazy thing about this is that even though everyone has been waiting so long, if any normal life event happens like moving, getting a promotion, changing jobs, getting a raise, getting married, having a kid, etc, you'll get disqualified. It's INSANE.

(Note that household composition cannot be changed after an interview, even if you get married/have a kid etc)

Imagine going through all this and then getting disqualified because you had to move or had to change jobs or something?

Could be why there is a stall > hopeing that people's situations change and than they can start with a new person and take 8 months again? Meanwhile the units are empty and the developer is benefiting by the tax break. I can see years passing and no one actually occupying a unit.

I don't think I would still be here without this possibility on the horizon. I can't believe I'm still just hoping and have no idea if it will happen or not-there's a big chance I will regret all of this. I hope we hear SOMETHING this week.

Maybe, that can be the issues... even though I hope not

I wonder if they have paused the lottery again because it does not appear that anyone new is being called, nor does it make sense that someone like hesnyc would be waiting over a month since resubmiting documents without any updates whatsoever.

Whose turn is it to call to ask wtf is going on and when the building will be ready? Are they purposefully delaying this until more millionaires close on their condo sales? Or is there a legitimate delay with the affordable units that doesn't seem to be affecting the market rate units?

There is still the mystery as to why they did not ask for 6 months of bank statements. They cannot approve anyone without this or even send files to HPD without this.

Not only are the condos going to closing but their rentals will be in before the affordable. You can't make this up. Hope this week brings news.
