As long as everything you submit is true then you have nothing to worry about. And yes they did make me sign a bunch of papers.

We definitely all do that's why I'm praying we all get it. I'm in the 60% so I'm hoping since we're all in different tiers that we all get the apartments.

That's tier I was suppose to be but I was on workers comp for 10 months and just went back the begin of this month so they wanted a job verification letter which since I'm part time list I work less hours than I normally do (full time hours) and they budgeted me in 40% was kinda happy when I heard the price but than I realize my odds went down with only have 8 apartment in that bracket

Yeah same thing happened with me I was on maternity leave for 4 months so thankfully I was able to fit the bracket. I would've been over if I would have been working the 40 hours.

Ok just giving my weekly update. It's been a week since paperwork has been sent over. No update from C&C. Wondering how long HDC is going to take. And also I've noticed a few people say the 2 outside agencies. Where did you guys get the information that 2 agencies had to verify you and if so which agency verifies you first

I think only one agency has to verify. It's either HPD OR HDC they don't work on the same buildings. This one is being handled by HDC.

That's what I was thinking. My leasing coordinator told me I was waiting on HDC. That's why I'm just trying to verify who I'm waiting on.
