It went well. Im just hoping i don't get called for anything but surely i am since i started a new job so they will probably ask for my bank statements to see the consistency. Have you heard anything yet? how many weeks have you been waiting?

Saw the apartment today .................. SMALL.......... 1 bedroom apartment.

The bedroom and living room is so small just wow.

White appliances as someone already stated before. I was told you can’t even change the appliances because they have insurance policies on them... don’t understand that...

It was above the 10th floor.

The amenities are nice...

That doesn't make any sense. if anything i would speak to the landlord about it and hopefully the appliances can be replaced. Now that i know the bedroom is small, i'm not sure how to feel about it. However, i have no rights to complain when i've been sharing a room pretty much my entire life.

i guess its just a dancers thing.

anyhow, question. do they question the amount of spending and income that arrived in our bank statement?

I made a video of the bedroom. Smh.

Also, the apartment doesn’t have floor to ceiling windows. I guess the ones that do are already taken. The living room had ONE window. I was upset. Not what I expected.

and they didn’t question that for me.

For those who don’t know..... gym membership $75 a month or $900 a year.... maximum of 4 guests per member per visit... first 2 guests are free additional guests $15 each. Pool closes at 8:00 on Saturday and Sunday... Monday-Friday the pool closes at 9:30PM..... the gym isn’t 24 hours. Small fee for the BBQ grills🙄🙄🙄🙄

Can you post a link to the video?

Wow that’s abit steep for a gym membership. I would of expected less and just charging for the number of members.

Any other fees? There’s fees everywhere jeez
