I went to drop off the money order yesterday and they said it'll take a few weeks to process the credit score and background check. I hope it's soon

So, I'm hearing after 120 days after you've signed some papers during your first interview, you'll have to resubmit your paperwork over again. Is that true? Because I've been doing A LOT of overtime to afford furniture, first months rent, and security deposit. They'll say I make to much and that's what gets me nervous.

You need to read the Marketing Guidelines manual, where all of this is explained, including the 120-day rule. Overtime is very problematic, and could easily disqualify you, because they don't look at it as an occasional payment--it will be factored in and become part of your 2018 projected income. Maybe you can get part of your paycheck (the OT) routed to another checking account at another bank, but that would only work if the OT did not appear on the pay stub, which it likely would, even if the OT portion of your paycheck is being deposited elsewhere. I would cut out the overtime for now if you want this apt if you can't produce a pay stub on which it doesn't appear. Unless you're at the low end of the income range, it will likely put you over.
