609 Columbus Avenue, M-L to HDFC Convert.
For background only. Make observations not assumptions here.
There is a 609 Columbus Avenue thread. It seems, this building was once a Mitchell-Lama and has converted to HDFC. 1) There are units for sale on Streeteasy (search the address). I suppose these have income limits and the owners were owners before the conversion. 2) Also, there is a Housing Connect 2 waitlist lottery under the ‘Sales’ tab for the same building. Perhaps these units belong to HDFC. Seems likely, same or similar income limits apply in either case.

(If you mean the Columbus Ave lottery, that is your application number because log#s have not been issued yet, High application number here might or might not indicate that that many people have entered. It’s very possible that for data management reasons or some such they start the application numbers not at zero but at one million. Also, the number might encode something other than a count of applicants.
