I don't think you can change lists. and if for some reason you could, you would most likely have to go to the end of the list.

Yeah, I honestly have no idea when they planned on calling me had I not done my own digging. If you know that BG has submitted your file to HPD, you can call HPD at (212) 863-7990 and inquire about the status.

CONGRATS @jani9001 So HAPPY things are moving along!!! Congrats to you too @KF16....Seems like they are making their May 10th deadline for Community Board preference. I'm so patiently waiting on municipal preference. Shouldn't be too long. I have a low log #1xx Great news!!!!

Thanks! yeah love it! Youre right it is a bit smaller than i imagined and I am looking into the building next door (floor length windows + bedroom + office building = yikes!) lol ... but so happy and excited!! The marble countertops are a dream come true literally lol and the washer and dryer is just plain luxury
