Thanks for responding ! The lady said they definitely received my appeal but that they haven’t overturned it yet so that can mean I possibly could end up being put on a waiting list. She basically said I just have to wait and see what happens. Smh I don’t really get why they tell you to appeal if they just put you on a waiting list when you do. That doesn’t make sense to me.

This isn’t bad news tho. U haven’t been disqualified. Gotta wait it out.
@pepperony What were all the charges and how were they justified? How do you like living there? I took a trip to visit last week to check out the building and neighborhood. It's pretty nice. I'm still waiting to hear back.

Had an interview last week as well. The person I met with was very nice, obviously that doesn't guarantee anything, although it made the experience less nerve-racking. My log number is 8xx with municipal preference. Apparently they are still working on that list but in log number order.
I’ve been going through the process since mid April, every couple of weeks they are asking for updated paper work. Emailed the person working on my paperwork and was told they haven’t got to general pop. Also called HPD a couple of weeks ago was curious to know how the process works and was told they only have 3 apartments left for the income bracket I fall in. Haven’t called back to check in and I’m not going to so I won’t get discourage.
