The lady who interviewed me told me that the 80% 1 bedroom's were full idk about studio but i dont want a studio anyways , call them and see whats going on .. thats the best thing to do
Yea I was told they were filled too on the phone but I dont think people have moved in, I think theyve assigned them to people but not everyone has accepted. I could be wrong though

No, you're right.. its alot of people who don't want those apartments so hopefully some people say no thanks and we can grab them lol

Has anyone with disability preference been selected and interviewed already? Has anyone gotten accurate information from Wavecrest that didn't sound generic after following up from an interview 4-6wks later?
I went last friday and i seen 2 people with disabilities get interviewed , hope that helps

I received the letter with my log# 2 weeks ago.. mailed it back the application, had to send a $75 MO but I think I’m going to get disqualified because my husband just recently got a promotion and now we’re above the income requirements.. I’m really bummed out about this..
You might be able to get in and have to pay a surcharge. Also, $20,000 is deducted from the lower salary. So don’t be bummed. Just wait and see what happens when you’re called.
Do you have CB? Is your log number high?
I am still hoping that the call me. My log number is in the low 2000's. I qualify for a 3bd since I have three kids. I hope that I get a duplex, I mean anything, at this point.
I'm not 100% sure on CB. I believe I do. My num is 7xx.
Does anyone know if the 3bdrms have 2baths like the other buildings?
