Yea I was told they were filled too on the phone but I dont think people have moved in, I think theyve assigned them to people but not everyone has accepted. I could be wrong though

No, you're right.. its alot of people who don't want those apartments so hopefully some people say no thanks and we can grab them lol

I wasn't checking on this one because I assumed it was already over but I guess not. I'm 145*, no preferences and at the 80% ami, so not particularly hopeful but I'll let y'all know if I get pinged.


My current place literally has holes in the ceiling so I'm the least picky person possible lol

Yes let us know cause they told me no but they might tell you something differently

I received the letter with my log# 2 weeks ago.. mailed it back the application, had to send a $75 MO but I think I’m going to get disqualified because my husband just recently got a promotion and now we’re above the income requirements.. I’m really bummed out about this..

You might be able to get in and have to pay a surcharge. Also, $20,000 is deducted from the lower salary. So don’t be bummed. Just wait and see what happens when you’re called.
