Hey guys so my log number is 16 and i bank with MCU I was on interview today and handed all my paperwork they did ask me a few questions and the lady was very nice she building should be completed by the end of the month.... Now i am just hoping i get picked for a two bedroom, she said once she sends my paper work it all depends on how many apartments are left and if my log number gets pick that made me very confused but God is good and he will decided from here on how this plays out for me.... wishing you guys all lots of luck.
I'm trying to decide to renew a 1 or 2 year lease. I know even if selected I can wait years but I'd rather not get locked into a long lease unless I have a nice apt coming to me at Penn south
I just signed a 2 year. Knowing my luck with these things...

I'm trying to decide to buy a brand new ferrari before next weeks powerball drawings...
Hey can you send me pics. I have my interview later this wk. They ask for M.O. for credit check so hopefully this is it. I qualify for a 3bd. Is that what you got?
The lady who interviewed me told me that the 80% 1 bedroom's were full idk about studio but i dont want a studio anyways , call them and see whats going on .. thats the best thing to do
I am looking for 165% with CB pref, number is 39, xxx, nothing from them yet.
and you went in for a interview ?? they did say it will take 4-6 weeks for them to contact people back .. they put everyone's application packages in a box and just went back to Queens
No CB preference. My log number was sub-2000, though.
I wouldn't totally despair. I have literally gotten calls for 165% AMIs with log numbers north of 60,000 (not a typo). However, they were usually in less desirable locations.
