Thanks for that info! My daughter's number is around 50, but I bet it takes longer than a year. But, what do I know? Besides, all the veterans on the list will go first.

It probably means they don't offer it but you can use it on your own if you find a lender that's willing, as long as you put up the money!

Yes, I guess you can use the bedroom as your living room and divide the living room into two. If that's allowed, of course. Although it might be weird to have the balcony be accessible through a bedroom.

My question is, would we even be offered one of those larger one-bedrooms to begin with, or would we have to start with the smaller one bedroom? I guess we'll find out eventually. Personally, my stuff isn't going to fit into that smaller one bedroom, even if I do get rid of lots of stuff!
