I recently learned that my name was selected, which is really exciting! I just submitted my deposit, and my log number is below 100. Does anyone know how long it might take to be called to view an apartment?
Does anyone know how the purchase price is determined? I'm one person, so would it be $36,658.73? And would the carrying charge be $606.35?
I'm also curious if the building permits pets, and what the wait list and price for a parking space is.
Thanks in advance!
From what I understand the equity and carrying charges are determined by household size, salary, floor ( the higher the floor, the more expensive and line of the apartment
I live very close to the development and walked into the leasing department. From what I was told: so far only market rate apartments have been shown and rented. She said that it's a good idea to call or visit St Nick's Alliance as they are the ones that are handling the lottery applicants. I took her advice and called. No one has gotten interviewed for neither 416 or 420 Kent as of yet.

That's not true. Someone here stated they were waitlisted for 416 Kent. I also interviewed with St Nicks for a different building and they definitely told me they were in the process of interviews for both building this was in July and I even saw the boxes filled with paperwork for 420 Kent in the interview room I was in.
Also I live very close by as well and I get off the train right where their shuttle bus waits and there are definitely people who won the lottery who take it and I know because I casually started conversation with someone from 416 Kent who was waiting for the shuttle bus.
I was email to come in on monday with my documents im not cb
and my log number was 7***.Is it worth it to go or will
I get wait listed
Go you fool! (Said in jest)
I'm CB and low 7xxx as well and they've sent out my package a couple days ago. I'm scheduled to view the 1-br I qualify for next week. They've already started calling non-cb applicants from what I understand.
I went on my first interview. I was called back in to sign HPD documents and I also signed a letter stating I will be giving up my previous appartment. It's been over 6 weeks now and I still have not heard anything. I called and was told my paperwork is still being processed.
I fall into the 40% bracket as well. I spoke to HPD and was told they should be done by next week with municipal preference to call back next week and check In to see if they have done so. Unfortunately there are not a lot of one bedrooms left for that bracket so I’m hoping they get to me before I have to be waitlisted. I have a very low log number but fall into general pop😒 my case worker said my file is ready to go just waiting on them to reach general pop. Good luck !!!
Hi,
I was told just the opposite that there are many one bedroom apartments but yes more two bedrooms. I am qualified as General Pop. And 40% income. First I was contacted in April and keep calling them every week. At first they were saying they are little bit behind because they are ve moving to the new location then they said all the two bedrooms are occupied, it’s a lottery”. I also called HPD and they also said lots of one bedrooms for GP but yes more 2 BR ones🤷*♀️. I am really confused.
Hi
Ninoninola
I moved in last week. When HPD approved me 3 weeks ago, I was told by my caseworker that there were only 4 one bedroom apts left in the 40 percent AMI. There were never any 2bdr in the 40 Ami anyway. Only studios and 1 Bdr.
The 2 bedrooms were originally only available in the 60 and 130 AMI's.
It seems like they're telling everyone a different story.
Hope all works out for you. They should be at general pop now. This is where the low log numbers will really help.
Again good luck to everyone
