I agree very vague, lately she hasn't been responding i'm not exactly sure why, she was very prompt.

If you haven't reached out to your agent, I advise you to call, I'm waiting two weeks to follow up since I sent an email yesterday.

We have RCN (the faster 330 Mbs plan) and have been pretty happy with them. I think the TV service is only an extra $33/mo so for us it's worth it to keep it. If you don't care about having a DVR and don't watch sports on cable an HDTV antenna might be all you need. Some streaming packages like Sling might include ESPN/TNT/etc but they probably cost at least $20/mo themselves. Not sure if the 110 Mbps plan will impact streaming quality. If you're trying to save $ in the long term I'd recommend buying your own cable modem so you don't have to rent it from the provider.

I always call Brox pro and make a transfer speaking with my agent. I think it's the fast way to get touch with him.
I left voice message if he out of office, he would give me a call when he back.

This is was the response to me:

So we are up to and stopped at the 400’s for log numbers. You re log number 6** so you will be placed on the waiting list for phase 2 of the lottery. This process will take affect 18 months from now. You will be contacted to produce updated documents at that time.

....

Welp i'm placed on a waiting list Good Luck to the rest

I'm assuming they have worked up till the log #'s 400... meaning the rest are on the wait list.
So sure they are processing those log #'s first, reach out to the main email they responded in less than 24 hrs
