Most LL lose 1 month rent turning an apartment over, doubt the y will charge you anything.

What happens if you don't get your CPA after attending Lehman? Are you doomed to getting no decent paying business or accounting job?
Or rather, if you do plan on getting your CPA after Lehman, can you still get a job in the mean time with the degree alone? I mean while working on your CPA?
I have to be honest with you as a software person...... These people are being automated and I can't recommend it. However, you can become very useful and rake in money if you double major in accounting and computer science.
There were a LOT more people left over from the 50+ years of “first come first served” lottery.

dreamernyc, what are you on the list for? I think you mentioned that you had some sort of count for how many people were left in your grouping?

someone mentioned their waiting list number and it was about 20 spots behind mine.
remember for 2BRs, in 2014 300 names were picked out and placed on the external waiting list. i can only assume 300 more were picked out this go round.
