Oh, and my final piece of data worth noting is that 28 2-bedroom apartments turned over in 2016. For those playing along at this, I'd love to know how many 1-bedrooms turned over in 2016!
how come the computer number is no longer working. do you guys put in the number you used before and works?
Hi,
It is working for me. The final letter in your computer number must be capitalized. I thought it wasn't working also but when I capitalized the last letter it worked fine.

Hi,
According to the website, 71 one bedroom apartments turned over in 2016.
I like the detailed information on this site. Here is the studio update:
1 internal transfer applicant
33 applicants on hold
5 studios with balconies turned over last year
15 without balconies turned over last year
I'm curious about the applicants who have a 1998 designation. Surely if you have been on the list for almost 20 years you would have been called by now, especially since the 2014 applicants are being called to look at apartments.

I am guessing that the older ones (1998 etc) that are on the list might have recently been re-activated?
Just wondering if anyone knows if there is a pet policy at Penn South and if there are any restrictions on size or number of dogs? Thanks!
Officially you can have two dogs up to (I think) 30 pounds each or 1 dog between 36 and 80 pounds, and other pets that are legally allowed in NYC may be kept "in a reasonable number and size" according to the shareholder agreement. I've definitely seen people with more than one dog above 30 pounds, however, so I assume they were either grandfathered in (I only moved in last year) or in practice it is only enforced if/when other residents complain.

Thanks so much Incog79! We may be getting a dog (or 2) soon and I don't want the size etc to conflict with the policy for when it comes our time to get an apt. Very helpful!
