no balcony. My application was on hold for over a year so it never updated during that time. I was in the 500's at the start in 2014. I took it off hold in May and was called to view apartments in June.
Thank you very much for the info. I wish they would update the list. I was in the 600s when the list posted. So I'm guessing I'm 100 or so behind you.
By any chance do you know what the absolute maximun income limit is for the 1 bedrooms? I can only find the original information. I'm wondering if that has changed.
Just to update this lovely board because I know many of you are waiting for letters, we got another letter (our second one) inviting us to view two 2-bedroom apartments yesterday. It said we are fifth in line to buy one. We are at #117 on the 2-bedroom external waiting list. This is now very real indeed! We viewed three apartments a few months ago and we were number 15 or so on the list to take one, so of course we were not offered one.

There are a total of 864 2-Bedroom apartments in Penn South, 447 with a balcony, and 417 without a balcony.
Over the past year, turnover rates are as follows:
A total of 11 2-Bedroom apartments with a balcony became available in 2017.
A total of 13 2-Bedroom apartments without a balcony became available in 2017.
Thanks for the two bedrooms info. Do you know how long is the current waiting list? Is it over 300 external?
Has anyone had a interview or has heard a update on the Elton crossing unit ? I know they said the date was pushed back for whatever reason I drove past recently doesn't seem finished still. Hoping the process goes fast before fall
