my leasing agent had told me they were expecting the certificate of occupancy "any day now" but when i mentioned putting in my 30-day notice, she told me not to because it might take more than 30 days so idk

How long did the whole process took. I contact them about my new job and she asked me to sent ind my bank account information and stuff . Does that mean my file was sent to housing, I asked her she said it’s was under review. Did anybody ever got that response,

Hi! I interview mid August and I made sure I brought everything that was listed on the list they sent via email. Two months after the interview, my file was transferred to someone else. At this stage, my finances were revised because I was asked to submit more documents such as paystubs and notarized letters. Another month went by and I decided to reach out for an update. That’s when I was told I have been approved. I do my best not to call often as I know things can get hectic and the building is not quite ready yet. I know I am approved and I am happy
Now it’s another waiting game and I am patiently waiting.
No news yet... I'm wondering how we can find out about the status of the certificate of occupancy. I know there's a website but I can't figure out how to find the info.
Okay never mind, I just searched by the address and a temporary certificate of occupancy was issued on 12/30/2019. Looks like some of the building is ready. I hope this is a good sign that it will be ready asap!
