Nope, we went for a viewing in mid-January to see apartment layout and the building itself. Not sure why they did that if they didn't intend for us to move in soon. However, I've had no word since then.

I just e-mailed my girl at Lemle... I'm sure she's sick of me but I'm anxious.

I have a 1BR. No pics but if you go on twitter or IG, you can search for #BronxCommons and you can kinda see what they look like in the background of some pics/

She didn't really have much to say besides that they weren't ready yet and that she will let me know once they are.

Hey guys for those of you who saw the apartment the hpd approved ur application first before you went to see it or you saw the apartment once you got the approval letter? My worker told me today she sent my file to hpd n I don’t know how the process work? I don’t want to annoy her with too much questions?

Just walked by the building and spoke to the construction supervisor. He said the building is almost done and 2 families already moved into the building on the second floor.
