Hi everyone I interviewed in December and I have CB preference log# 14xxx. Even though they not up to my number yet she had me interview anyway. They won’t get to me until they start moving people in did they tell anyone when they can move in.
Wow, I figured they would have all the apartments filled by now...hopefully you get it! the apartments do look really nice.
I just re-reviewed the temporary certificate of occupancy and it looks like actually all floors apartments were cleared so I'm not sure what other stuff needs to be certified before we move in. I am getting an air bnb in NJ until they open up. Better be soon {{praying}}
On the certificate of occupancy it doesn’t list the apartments being cleared for the 2nd and 11th floor. It also doesn’t list floors 4,5 and 6. They list floors 3 and 7 both have 36 apartments each. 8th floor has 28, 9 and 10 both have 23 and the 12th has 7. All in total that’s only 153 apartments that’s ready.

I thought the same thing at first but then I noticed it actually does. if you look on the left column, it says Floor From and To.
003 007 (so this means from floor 3 to 7) THIRTY SIX (36) CLASS 'A' APARTMENTS EACH FLOOR
it's too early for me to do the math to see what that adds up to lol
Hi everyone!! For those of you whom already got an approval did they run your credit report?
With the new renter's law you can choose to either run a credit report OR submit 12-month positive rent history.
I chose the latter and they still ran my credit for some reason. But they went with the rent history to approve me, thankfully!
