Same thing, banking statements for any checking and savings accounts, recent paystubs, and cash app statements. Make sure you write out what each cash app transaction was for. I did and I think it saved the marketing agent from asking me any questions. They are looking for anything reoccurring. For example, I'm still on the family phone bill plan so I cash app my mom money for that every month and I made sure to note that.

Also if you have any accounts with anyone else (I have a shared savings account with my parents), just explain that. It's no big deal as long as your assets aren't over a certain amount. I can't think of the number right now but I know it's between 50K & 60K I believe.

Thanks for following up! Do you know if the $50-60k asset limit is only for joint accounts? Reason I ask is I submitted my documentation, but have over $60k in Savings + Investment accounts.

I would double check the NYC housing connect marketing handbook for the exact answer, just google and scroll down to page 53. It depends on what AMI bracket you are in.

This question is regarding 416 Kent. I haven't found a separate thread for that building.

Do tenants in 416 Kent have access to the amenities in 420 Kent? On 420kent.com, amenities like the Sunken Tranquility Garden and Wellness Spa are listed for 420 Kent. Can tenants of 416 Kent also access those amenities?

Also, does anyone know what the amenities fees are?

I spoke with a reside employee about a month ago when I called for info, and they were able to inform me that 120 applicants were selected for the CB list. There will be 60 apartments available for who ever completes the process from the CB list. With my log # I fall within the first 50 ppl on the CB list but they didn’t give me an exact number of where I fell with in the first 50.

Hope this is helpful, good luck everyone
Hey! I know this is an old thread, but I was just wondering if you knew whether it is Reside or HPD that works in batches of 50. I’m log #21xx for a building in Williamsburg with 29 units (I’m eligible for 9 of them) and I’m just trying to figure out if I realistically might stand a chance at landing an apartment (assuming all of my paperwork checks out). Thanks so much

Don't hold your breath until you are actually being processed and by processed I mean that they told you that they are now processing your number and you're moving to the next steps.

Reside likes to call in more people than available apartments, so there's a chance you submitted paperwork only to never have your log number reached and be wait listed.

Its only 7 units doesnt list the apartment size. I wonder if community board members will receive preference. It doesnt say it anywhere on the listing.

Is anyone living at 420/416 still on the forums? Love to hear about your experiences living at 420 Kent.
