Here are the income levels for the 2023 lottery. This PDF is posted on the first page of the thread dedicated to that lottery. It’s best to post there if you have a question about the new wait list.
For those on the studio list: I wanted to post this video tour of one of the larger Penn South studio layouts, decorated by a very creative owner! (The kitchen had been redone previously and is not the standard kitchen.)

I am wondering for basic repairs, can residents simply call the maintenance staff to come fix things like leaky toilet or faucet, change cylinders.
Is there a regular extermination schedule?
What about heat / ac issues?
What happens if your upstairs neighbor has a leak that gets into your apartment? Do you have to work it out with your neighbor or their insurance?
Does Penn South have a maintenance staff onsite, and some available 24 hours?
Is apartment insurance required? Minimum coverage suggested?
Just got a letter that we have 14th choice for 3 apartments. Slightly nervous even with the high choice number because two of them are on very low floors -- one says 1D -- I didn't even know Penn South had apartments on the first floor! The other low one is 2J, yikes. We can only turn down one, right?
The wording is confusing, it says you are taken off list after rejecting two, so that translates into being able to reject one. Do I understand that right?
Congratulations!
May I ask, what size and year lottery are you?

Sure! I'm number 14 on the 2-bedroom external waiting list. My lottery year was 2014.
