Also, even though you’re on hold, you will continue to move up. And they haven’t started calling the 2019 studio people, as far as I can tell. Bcohen’s daughter is on the 2014 list.
Lol Trisky....

I found it here, you have to scroll all the way to the exhibits for all the pictures. They're awesome!

It's a PDF, so it'll download.

This is true about still moving on the list. Hopefully I'll be really near the top of the list by the time I get my money together!

Trisky, I’m sorry for calling you Frisky! And thanks for that link. I can’t believe the wealth of information that is in there. That’s quite a master’s thesis!

Has anyone heard news about move ins / the list moving / COVID slowing things down?

Looking for some inside information about what the status is on open apartments and what is going on with getting them filled.

they're getting filled with 2014ers. Know of three individuals that have moved in.
and they're going to change the way people are called to view apartments, in order to minimize human-to-human during covid.

On the one-bedroom list, there are more than 100 people ahead of the 2019 applicants. They are from various years, but mostly from 2014. And if you count those on hold, there are 150 people.

Thanks for letting us know the lists are moving!

I have a question for those on this group who have moved into Penn South already. Once you were offered an apartment, accepted the offer and dropped off your paperwork with Carmen, how long did it take to get a call that you were approved? Thanks!

There will be no mortgage. Cash purchase. We are waiting to hear if the approval went through her manager.

i think there's a board committee meets and goes over apartment allotments and other financial matters plus all the legal paperwork typically involved in buying a coop. 3-4 weeks.
