1) mail is the primary mode of communication but there are instances where they emailed applicants for last second viewings.

2) yea, they conduct a home visit.

I don't know for sure, but it's possible that the people who went on the waiting list years ago had different rules to follow.

Was afraid of mail being the primary mode of communication though I am not surprised. I have missed housing applications (for ML particularly) since I moved recently. How do I update my address? I am looking on the external applicant site but I don't see an account page.

That's my thought too.

That makes sense. I’ve been baffled as to why the 2BR active waiting list goes as far back as 1982.

You should email Ms. Carmen Santiago at applicant@pennsouth.coop. She will take care of address change.

I haven't done it myself in many years, but you might want to put in a change of address form with the post office also, just to be sure important mail doesn't go missing.

I should know this answer by now but another post sparked the question in my head... once you buy, say your income goes over the limit at some point, what happens when you verify your income for the year? Are you forced to sell?

I do not forsee this ever becoming a problem for me, but just in case my $1k in the stock market ever turns into a few hundred thousand. LOL
