Yes, there are fewer of the larger apartments, and current residents in one-bedrooms with the proper household size would get priority for a two-bedroom. So unfortunately that list is moving slowly.

Hey everyone, say I move into PS but later want to move out entirely. I thought I heard or read somewhere that residents can sell for their original purchase price or lower. Does anyone have any insight on this? Thnx!
When you leave, you sell your apartment back to the co-op, and you get back the same price that you paid. I guess you could get back less if there is damage that has to be fixed for the next person.

Hi all! I am number 42 on the one bedroom list but on hold while I cobble together the total price for the apartment. I'm not really comfortable with paying rent (carrying charges) plus a mortgage so I'm happy to be on hold for now.
When I take myself off hold, is it conceivable that I'll view an apartment right away with my number?
