Default just wondering...

Has Citybozs212 or rycolaa gotten a second round letter yet? I saw five apartments back in Mid-March like the two of you. I believe I saw the same group as rycolaa did. Just wondering and waiting patiently

ATK727, just wondering, were you offered an apartment in that round?

The one-bedroom list is moving so fast!

My daughter accepted a G apartment and is in the process of moving in.

I only got a letter in the mail saying not selected this round, never got letters about another round of apartments as of yet.

I have moved up i think maybe 10-15 spots on the website.

Hey everyone, say I move into PS but later want to move out entirely. I thought I heard or read somewhere that residents can sell for their original purchase price or lower. Does anyone have any insight on this? Thnx!

When you leave, you sell your apartment back to the co-op, and you get back the same price that you paid. I guess you could get back less if there is damage that has to be fixed for the next person.

Hi all! I am number 42 on the one bedroom list but on hold while I cobble together the total price for the apartment. I'm not really comfortable with paying rent (carrying charges) plus a mortgage so I'm happy to be on hold for now.

When I take myself off hold, is it conceivable that I'll view an apartment right away with my number?
