okay, so i reached out. this is my second time ever calling her direct line (the lady who e-mailed me). i called once in August to verify that she got my documents, and she didn't answer her phone. i e-mailed her shortly after and she replied within two hours to confirm that she had received them.
today, i called wavecrest management and i was transferred to her line. she didn't answer then, either. i hung up and called her direct line, to no avail yet again. she seems to be very elusive over the phone.
i intend to try calling again either sometime after lunch today, or tomorrow.. i don't want to hover too much.
i just really need to move out on my own for once! i just graduated college this past May all while being a frontline COVID employee! LOL i need my big break!
Oh yes keep trying, I kind of had a similar situation with her as well where she’d take forever to respond to us but I’m sure she’s probably dealing with other as well but no matter how long she took she always got back to us.

Yes keep being persistent. I went through hell I felt like. I didn’t move in until two months later after signing my lease. I finally moved in on the 3rd side which I love better than the Bathgate side because of the view on a higher flow. I also love the Hercules app. It’s for the laundry room and you can use the machines with your phone in case you lose your card. The terrace is beautiful and long. Still can’t be used for COVID. And the cabinets are like a beige olive color. Just to let you know the color scheme. Tan and grey light flooring. And the stove is magnificent. It’s digital with lock controls and ventilation and surface lights.
Not sure if there are any 0-2 bedroom apartments left but my sister just moved in the building this month. She did say that there are no more three bedrooms.
I’m still waiting on a response after 3 months and sent in all documents. I sent another email and the guy said if we need more documents we’ll let you know and he just stop responding. Has anyone been dealing with Waterphase ?
I also submitted documents. Been waiting almost a month I guess it’s safe to say I’ve probably been waitlisted
