Curious, were you CB?
I’m 10xxx with CB and haven’t heard anything
Nope no preference. So I really don’t know how they’re calling or what they are are doing, like I said I had received a letter back in January that they put me on the waitlist which i expected which such a high log number and so little units in my income bracket, but today I got the call.

Congratulations! But that’s weird I have no preference and my log # is 4xx.
Hey everyone I was called back in November my log number is in the 800s and I have cb preference. They called me for an interview in December asking for documents such as 6 paystubs, 6 months of bank statements, basically they want to know your whole life. After the interview haven’t heard anything until the middle of January, asking for more paystubs and bank statements. Then again in February asking for more paystubs and bank statements. When I went in February they told me my paperwork was ready to go out to hdc. Then I get a phone call on mar 2 asking for more paystubs smh. I send those paystubs and wait... finally get a call to see an apartment. I confirmed I wanted the apt now I have to wait to hear back from hdc.
Hey Everyone so I decided to make an account hoping to ease my anticipation and to help out the forum. I was contacted mid December with a rejection letter which I appealed the same day. They got back to me the same day with the list of documents to send by email or Dropbox at the location and to do so within 5days. I sent it via email and got confirmation they received it. I would every so often give a call to get updated but they would say “we haven’t gotten to your log yet”. I finally got a call mid March to come in for a interview. I was emailed a list of documents to bring. At the interview it was just a bunch of signing papers. I didn’t see a unit nor do I think I was assigned one. Anyways a couple days later I was told my paperwork was sent in. Now I’m just waiting for approval. So if you’re like me stalking this form just make a account and join the wait gang because you may be able to help someone out. This was for CONCOURSE VILLAGE WEST AND MY LOG# 4xxx
Just wanted to share my experience so far. So I first received an email from CVW on December 10th telling me to submit all the required documents. I had until December 20 to submit everything.
I didn’t hear anything again until the end of March when I received a call asking if I was interested in an interview. I went for the interview on March 30. Signed a ton of papers. Had to submit more stubs and statements. And I was told my documents would be sent to HDC for review and that the process should take 6-8 weeks and if approved I would be contacted if there was a unit available for me.
Yesterday I got a call from the specialist handling my application and she asked me if I was only interested in a 1Bedroom or if I was open to a Studio as well. I highly prefer a 1BR but at the same time I would take a studio regardless and I didn’t want to mess up my chances at winning a unit.
Now I’m wondering if the reason I got a call is because I may have possibly been approved and they are looking for a unit to show me? Don’t want to get my hopes up though. By the way my log # is 4xxx
and I have no preference.
