Instead of asking stupid questions why don't some of you read the ad for the lottery you just "won" it takes five mins of "research" to answer all of your questions.

Smile 3 bd

I just received a letter for 3bd log # 3 **.

However it is confusing to figure out our eligibility because of the income limit.

On the original apartment post, the income limit for 3 bd says $43,387 - $176,250 but it is based on the number of people in household.

Based on this website,

https://www1.nyc.gov/site/hpd/servic...a-program.page

The income limit for family of 4 seems to be $142,125.

Our income slightly exceeds it.

When filling out form in the 'Annual Earning' of the letter, what should I use?

Gross income? or Adjusted income from the previous tax return?

Some article says that we might be able to pay surcharges for exceeded amount of income.

Is it true?

Hi ! So I called Ms. Diaz today the person on my application if I had any questions. I asked her if the building currently had any vacancies, she said no. I ask what was the average waiting period for a two bedroom she said " im not at liberty to share that with you". I also let her know I sent my application out if we will get a confirmation on them receiving our completed applications she said " no ".

I was selected with #3**, I didn't check until today since I got too many not selected before. I cannot even believe I will be selected. My question is I did not get application in the mail yet. Should I be worry about it?

"im not at liberty to share that with you"

Ahahaha, what does she think she is, a CIA agent? "We don't track that information" would've been just fine.
