How long does an agent review take? I submitted updated documents over a month ago and she told me it has to go through agent review before it can be submitted.
My whole process took 3 months. I have CB and in the 2*** range. They take a average of 1-2 weeks to reply back to you so be patient. If they are still asking for paperwork it a good sign. The building isn’t occupied yet. It might not be for weeks.
Hey all. Just registered to let you guys know this afternoon I got the email for HPD approval. My list is 4xxx. I also have CB preference as well. The process took about 3 months. Got the initial email for documents at the end of January/top of February. Submitted those before the deadline in Feb then got an email from my leasing agent the following day to provide additional documents, which included money order, tax docs and employment verification info. Gave those in in-person and met my leasing agent (no interview was scheduled btw). Didn’t hear anything for a month then in mid-March my agent emailed me to request documents that I had submitted the last time. No problem, sent them in person and by email when I had the chance. Heard nothing else until today. Got a unit number in my email. Hopefully it looks like the unit that they used for the interviewees.
