Yea that I went yesterday to leave the checks and the intake person told me to email him so he can set up a date to do the lease and move in.

I gave the security deposit plus first month payment and the person said they would send a email to electronically sign the lease

It took me like 3 weeks because they didn’t have TCO yet, now they have it I guess they’re going in order to reach out to people

When it came to documents every couple of weeks they had me resubmitting documents which got annoying. It feels that since they got TCO now they are kinda moving faster to get people moved in
