I’m so irritated with the lack of communication with the agency. No where else do I know of that you give in a security deposit and first month rent and don’t have a lease signing right away. It’s been a week today and not even an email. And no response to my inquiries.

It’s ok I rent the same way because I thought they forgot about me so I emailed a manager and then 15 mins got a email to set up a lease signing. That right now I’m still waiting for con Ed to set up the account because it’s taking forever
In the same boat as well. Still haven’t heard anything since the last time I dropped of a money order for background check and viewed the apartment I was approved for and this was the 1st week of May. I have sent an email last week to see if they can tell me any updates and nothing.

If anything I would say go in person that your situation sounds similar to this guy who was standing outside the building that told me how he was called since November got to see the apartment and then they didn’t bother responding back to him and the last thing they told him was they are waiting for TCO
Would any one who has already moved in so I have a 2 bedroom and I don’t plan to put much in the room and wanted to know do you think this bed type would fit in the room
I have a queen size bed set with two dressers and a night stand and everything fit perfectly in my room. I was given a one bedroom apartment. My bed frame is like the same size as the one in the picture.
