Yea sadly and right now it really depends on who decides to move out when it comes to lease endings because the building is filled they keep you on the waitlist to see who is going to renew or end up leaving to bump up the next person on the waitlist

How do I get out of my lease? Will I face any penalty if I leave sooner than lease end date?

How many more months do you have in your lease ? I know they said if we break our lease we are responsible for the last months left until they are able to re rent the apartment

It’s not like on the 8th floor they have apartments that instead of giving them to tenants it’s being used as offices mind you idk why they are there because they are useless have no real purpose because they still make you call to the main office. One lady who is suppose to be helping had me knocking for 10 mins pretending she was not inside

Woww. Spring management's reputation just gets worst and worst I'm sorry you have to go through that with them. Hopefully maybe you can find a apartment with better management or maybe Spring will sell it to someone better.

I was contacted to submit documents. I did not apply to this development so I'm assuming it's a re-rental. I ignored it because I'm not interested.
