I gave up following up but I am need of moving ASAP! Are there any apartments available in this building? My log #1,xxx
Yes there are still vacated apartments and another one being constructed. Not sure if there are ppl already approved for the vacancies. Good luck!

It's in a bad neighborhood with no security or doorman so outside people just come and mess the building up and steal packages u don't live there but I know what goes on

It’s actually not that bad. Yes there are a few things like limited cleaning staff to keep up with the cleanliness of the building and the laundry machines are trash I wash at a laundromat but my floor the neighbors are quiet and nice. And I haven’t had any issues with my packages. Everywhere has complaints until you own your own house lol

I applied and the one bedrooms we’re to small 4q i believe i didn’t like it. And the management tried to force me to pay 20 bucks for my credit report even tho i provided a copy on my own and when i pushed back they all of a sudden said it’s for background check. I told them i work in this industry and what you where doing attempting to solicit money is illegal. The apt 4Q had a weird kitchen shape i didn’t like i wanted a long kitchen and a high floor. The management is wack. I sent them a screen shot and told them the reviews for this building is horrible i redacted the site and they were so surprised and asked where is this from i said nope can’t tell. I wasted so much time on this building months to see a wack one bedroom with a corner kitchen
