Yes, I messed up and accidentally deleted the email and then my husband decided we should let it go. The units are nice, larger than some of the recent lotteries that I have seen, but the surrounding block is not so nice and we want to move to a better school district if possible. Over time, the area may improve to house the homeless and the addicts around the area. The amenities are nice but as a lottery applicant they are not included.

There’s no package deal for the amenities? Also what’s your log number?

My log # was 55xx, cb preference. From the application it says "additional fees apply; amenities come as a package and are not available for individual selection". I don't know if there is a deal. They might

Ohhh in other words all amenities rather than select individual I’m assuming. I’m sorry to hear about the deleted email. I’m sure something better will be coming your way

Did you get to view the apartment in person?

I went to an open house for the market rate ones and then convinced the agent to show me a lottery 2br. They are similar but not the same. The market rate one has washer dryer in unit and the floors are different. Market rate floor is "monolithic quartz white resin" (looks like a white showroom floor), lottery floors look like a wood laminate? Not sure. I only saw 1 lottery unit. Slightly better view on the market rates one and it was on a higher floor. Gym is smallish but nice, fancy shared kitchen area, rooftop is nice too, sauna is nice, common lounge-y area is nice. I think it's nice. I wouldn't use the games area/cinema/movie room but that's just me. You could definitely have a cool party in the common space. Issues I have are the sketchy people outside and you can find market rate apts for cheaper now because of COVID. They weren't offering a free month or anything like some other lotteries (like 56 w 125--these are much smaller though)

No they don’t. However they do have a laundry/dryer that’s card operated for us.

aww man and here I was all excited because I finally thought I wouldn't have to share a laundry room... do you happen to know if they have the hook-up available if you would like to purchase one on your own?
