aww man and here I was all excited because I finally thought I wouldn't have to share a laundry room... do you happen to know if they have the hook-up available if you would like to purchase one on your own?
No, no idea. I guess its something you’d have to ask them. I honestly didn’t know they weren’t included until I read the posts above. I was like really? So I went ahead and read the list of amenities etc and saw that they offer a card for the laundry mat. Are you waiting to be called for this building?

Yes I saw that they offer a laundry room just thought that would be optional for like bigger items (quilts, comforters etc.) I was just viewing online the apartments you can see on their website and thought all units include washer/dryer.
Right now Im waiting for a viewing of the apt. in person so I'm pretty excited about it. It is a very long and tedious process but I am truly grateful to have been chosen.

Ahh congratulations! Hey it’s a beautiful building chill amenities I’m happy to hear that. Please take photos when you view your unit (if you can) and what’s your log number? I’m currently in the 5xxx so I’m hoping I get called

Yes I will take pics.
I'm in the 5XXX and have CB preference. Started the initial process (Interview, Documents, Etc.) back in September.
Im also wondering how much the amenities package will cost monthly once I get that info I will post on here.
I went to an open house for the market rate ones and then convinced the agent to show me a lottery 2br. They are similar but not the same. The market rate one has washer dryer in unit and the floors are different. Market rate floor is "monolithic quartz white resin" (looks like a white showroom floor), lottery floors look like a wood laminate? Not sure. I only saw 1 lottery unit. Slightly better view on the market rates one and it was on a higher floor. Gym is smallish but nice, fancy shared kitchen area, rooftop is nice too, sauna is nice, common lounge-y area is nice. I think it's nice. I wouldn't use the games area/cinema/movie room but that's just me. You could definitely have a cool party in the common space. Issues I have are the sketchy people outside and you can find market rate apts for cheaper now because of COVID. They weren't offering a free month or anything like some other lotteries (like 56 w 125--these are much smaller though)
Hi, the bdlg boast these 9ft walls and concrete ceilings, because concrete means you wont hear noise BUT when you saw the affordable unit, it was vinyl floors, were the ceilings still concrete?
I won an affordable unit in another bldg and the floors are vinyl and the walls are thin sheet rock. I am suffering. I have been contacted for this bldg as well.

I didn't pay attention and I don't live there. Why not submit your docs and go look at it
