Has anyone seen or moved into affordable unit? I was just contacted that 1 bedroom is still available but I heard on the low that all the affordable units are way smaller than full price units.
When were you contacted ? And did you submit documents if so when ? If you don’t mind sharing.

This past Thursday to do the credit check and send updated paystubs bc they are ready to send file for Certification. 60% AMI, CB preference, 1 bedroom.
I am in the last step of the process but still waiting. But I haven’t heard anything from my agent in about a month now. Hopefully soon I’ll get some more details about this.

Thank you, after you submitted your documents for the first time, How long did someone take to review them? I’m currently waiting and it seen as though they are a little slow.
I was contacted this afternoon via email by the building (log number 32,xxx no pref) asking to “affirm interest”. Currently waiting for them to respond with what documents they’re requesting. In the email they stated only studios are available.
I would have never expected to be contacted with a number that high, but I guess the lesson here is don’t lose hope maybe?
I was placed on waitlist cause there was no unit available and this was last year around December my interview and all I am disabled and have CB hope this helps
I checked my emails and
I was contacted 11/18/20 and did everything background check credit check
And on 2/5/21
I was told all units set aside was assigned
So seeing these thread got me confused did they played me ?
My log # was 3,xxx with disability CB
The disability set-aside units may have been assigned. With 70 units, only 3-4 would've been disability set-asides.
If you were in the lower income band, a 3,xxx number may not have been good enough, even with CB. There were just 42 units for 1-person households in the 60% AMI. Based on my own prior experience in getting called with really high log numbers, I'm guessing thisisasign is in the 130% AMI?
(Being honest, if I had a disability serious enough to qualify me for the set-aside I wouldn't want to live in that location. It's one thing for a healthy young man to live there, but I wouldn't want to not be able to book it if trouble started.)
