Any luck on the smile building? (Ovid: appointed, subsidized, live)

I seen a few post regarding the building THE SMILE on 126th in Harlem. But no replies to the post... Has anyone received an email on this property. They closed the application back in July. Does anyone know where they are up too? CB? GEN POP? DISABILITY? ETC...

I was denied. A covid bonus kicked me out of bracket. I didn't have any documentation to say it was COVID related. Really disappointed. They are really nice

Appeal. It doesn't have to be COVID-related, it only has to be not regular/recurring/expected part of your comp.

I did, and they still included it and denied me.

Generally speaking

If your first appeal is rejected you can appeal to HPD/HUD etc. Whoever is handling the subsidized housing.
