The Summit is gorgeous but I feel that after a while, all of these luxury buildings look the same: The swimming pool, basketball court, the media room, the golf, and rooftop all seem to be standard nowadays for luxury buildings. The only difference that I see amongst these buildings is the finishes.
But whoever scored a lottery apartment with a private balcony at the Summit, really won the lottery! Over at 57 VIA West, quite a few people on this forum got private balconies with waterfront views.
I saw another Phase I lottery apartment the other day & this time I checked on the bathroom finishes as I didn't do it when I visited the other lottery apartment a few months ago. This one was a 2BR unit & the finishes was totally different from the MR & Phase II lottery apartments. The MR & Phase II lottery units have Scavolini kitchens & bathrooms finishes, the Phase I lottery units seemed to have different brand. I don't know exactly but by looking at the design & materials, it is possibly lower one.
